Suppressions

Suppressions protect sender reputation by preventing delivery to addresses that should not receive mail. The dashboard lists suppressed addresses and the reason they were suppressed.

Reasons include hard bounce, spam complaint, repeated soft bounce, provider suppression, and manual suppression. A suppressed address is excluded from delivery even when it matches a broadcast audience or sequence enrollment rule.

Treat suppression data as operational state: investigate the provider event before removing or overriding a manual suppression.
