Transactional log

Transactional email is the API-triggered counterpart to broadcasts and sequences: receipts, password resets, notifications, and other one-off messages.

The dashboard log is read-only and can be filtered by status: queued, sent, failed, or bounced. Open a row to inspect the recipient, sender, reply-to, template, timestamps, delivery status, and provider response details.

Use the transactional send endpoint for server-to-server delivery. Use broadcasts for one-time audience sends and sequences for delayed automation.
